Do you have a store location?

At this stage, MaMaison is an online retailer and doesn’t have a storefront.

What makes MaMaison unique?

We’re on a mission to craft well-designed, safe-to-use kitchenware that thoughtfully raises the standards of what you cook with. Our products are designed to make your life easier and healthier, no matter your level of expertise.

Who can I contact if I have a concern about a product?

What forms of payment do you accept at MaMaison?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I pay in installments using Afterpay?

Yes, we offer Afterpay to all customers at no additional cost. Afterpay allows you to purchase MaMaison products via 4 interest-free installments paid out bi-weekly. To utilize this, select Afterpay as your payment type in the last step of checkout. Afterpay T&Cs apply.

What’s your refund policy if I’m unhappy with my MaMaison product?

Please consult our Refund Policy before requesting a refund. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.

Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

ou can cancel an order for up to an hour from when it has been placed. If your order has already been processed, reach out to us at info@MaMaison.com to set up a return.

Do you offer MaMaison gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards. However you can mark your purchase as a ‘Gift’ at checkout.

How can I contact you if I have a question about your products?

For general enquiries, email the team at info@MaMaison.com Can I change or cancel my order? Please email the MaMaison team at info@MaMaison.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

How will I know when you’ve dispatched my order?

You will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We currently only ship to the US and Canada.

How do I track my delivery?

When you purchase products from MaMaison you will receive an email with a tracking number from USPS. Use this number to track your order and delivery status through the USPS website.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free anywhere in the US! For Canadian customers, shipping is calculated at checkout.

What materials are your products made of?

Our pots and pans are made with aluminum and have a stainless steel base & handles while our bakeware is aluminized steel. The interiors are made with a non-stick ceramic coating free of lead, cadmium, PTFE (Teflon®), PFOA and other harmful chemicals.

What can I make in MaMaison Cookware?

Anything that you can dream up! Our essential cookware set is versatile enough to handle all sorts of recipes–from scrambled eggs to a demi-glace.

Are your pans safe for use in my oven?

The MaMaison Stainless Collection is safe to use in the oven up to 500 degrees fahrenheit. Pans from the Grove Collection are safe for use in the oven up to 250 degrees fahrenheit. Pans from the Midnight Collection are not safe for oven use.

Can I use my MaMaison pans on all types of cooktops?

Absolutely! MaMaison pans are safe to use on Gas, Induction, Electric, Halogen and Ceramic stovetops!

What’s the best way to take care of my pans?

To extend the life of your MaMaison pans we recommend you hand wash them with soap and a gentle sponge. If you want to pop them in the dishwasher for fuss free clean up, that’s fine too!

Where are your products made?

MaMaison cookware is produced in China.

I want a lid for my pan! Do you sell them separately?

Unfortunately, we do not currently stock separate lids for pans.

Do I need to season my pans before I use them?

Nope! Just give them a light hand wash and they’re good to go!

Do I need to use oil while cooking?

Oil isn’t necessary as all of our pans come with a non-stick ceramic coating. However, if you prefer to add a little oil to your food that’s totally fine too!

Are your products free of harmful chemicals?

Non-toxic cookware is very important to us. We ensure all of our products are PFOA and PFTE free!

What is the product warranty?

MaMaison pans are warranted against original defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use, not commercial. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use.
